I’m Jacob Raffa — a cybersecurity graduate and software developer based in Calgary. I built CyberBunny because I kept seeing the same thing: small businesses with websites that were outdated, insecure, or just absent entirely. And nobody was offering them anything better than a $500 template-dump with no ongoing support.

My background is in IT and cybersecurity. I spent years as an IT and Security Specialist in the energy sector, managing infrastructure, systems, and security for industrial operations. I’ve also built and shipped two security apps — Scout (a QR code threat scanner) and Password Bunny (an encrypted password manager) — both of which went through full security audits before launch.

That background shows up in every website I build. I know what vulnerable code looks like. I know what a proper security configuration looks like. And I know how to explain it to someone who doesn’t care about the technical details — they just want to know their site is safe and their business looks good.

CyberBunny is a Calgary-based web design and managed hosting studio. I take on a small number of clients at a time so every site gets real attention — not a queue number.
